How information is handled

Information you provide

If you email Katya, the information in your message is used to answer your question and discuss lessons. If you schedule through the embedded calendar, you provide booking details directly through Cal.com. The booking form may request information such as your name, email address, time zone, and lesson notes.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and diagnostic logs. The site does not currently include a first-party account system or contact database.

Third-party services

The site uses Cal.com for scheduling and displays content from YouTube. Those services may receive technical information and may use their own cookies or similar technologies when their content loads. If a booking creates a Google Meet event, Google also processes the information required to provide that event. Their own privacy notices govern their processing.

Personal information is not sold.

Retention and your choices

Information should be kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, lesson delivery, record-keeping, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements. You may ask what information is held about you or request correction or deletion, subject to obligations that require some records to be kept.
